Mingle

Mingle with coworkers as you wait for everyone to arrive. Food and drinks will be available to help you get energized for the training session.

Warm Up

​

One of our coaches will run you through a quick warm-up. After a long day in the office, it’s important to get your muscles loose to avoid injury.

​

Hit​

We’ll set up various hitting stations in our batting lanes. These stations will range from hitting off of a batting tee (ball is stationary) to off a pitching machine. Our coaches will be around to offer tips if desired.

Throw

We’ll open up the lanes so there is a wide space to play catch. Our coaches will go over proper throwing mechanics and will help you gain a few miles-per-hour on your fastball.

Compete​

For the grand finale, we’ll have two competitions: throwing and hitting. For the throwing contest, we’ll use our radar gun to see who throws the hardest. For the hitting contest, we’ll set up our virtual pitching simulator and see who hits the best.
